Then we’ll do a ‘shot’ of Ceremonial Cacao (from Guatemala) to open the ‘heart center.’ The meditation will follow and take around 30 minutes to complete.

At the end of the session there will be time for some chocolate (75% cacao) and to discuss your experience, and for me to answer any questions you may have.
